SUPPORT LIFE

The people of Kirklees need our support. Right now over 3,000 local people are living with an illness from which they will not recover. Many are approaching the end of life. We are only reaching around half that number – many people aren’t reaching out for help soon enough, if at all. We’re here to change that.

We are here for local people across our community whenever they need us. We help those in our care to live well and make the most of every single day. We make the complex simple by focussing on what’s important. And we support families and loved ones to live on – and live well.

Our aim is to be the go to charity in Kirklees for anyone affected by a life limiting illness. Through raising awareness of what we do, we can reach more people in need, helping to make a positive impact on their quality of life.

Our support comes in all shapes and sizes and is available to everyone, from all walks of life. Patients, families, carers; we make every single day count.

With your help, we will improve understanding and continue to offer the very best care to every person across Kirklees, every day. #supportlife

Through thick and thin, the good and the bad, we make a difference to the lives of those who need it most. From the largest towns and villages, to the furthest corners of Kirklees, we support life in all areas of our community, delivering dedicated, personal care and support to all those affected by a life limiting illness.
