AT HOME, AT THE HOSPICE AND OUT IN THE COMMUNITY, WE SUPPORT LIFE AT EVERY STAGE OF THE JOURNEY
For over thirty years, we have been here for the people of Kirklees. Whether at the hospice, in the home or out in the community, we make sure that those in our care have the opportunity to live the best quality of life possible and can make the most of the time they have left.
From first diagnosis through to end of life care, we support life at every stage of the journey providing specialist support for adults facing a range of life limiting conditions including cancer, heart disease, chronic respiratory disease and neurological conditions.
We also know how a progressive illness can affect those around you, which is why we support the lives of everyone involved in the journey including friends, family members and carers.
THROUGH A CUPPA, A CHAT, COUNSELLING OR AT HOME SUPPORT, THE KIRKWOOD IS HERE FOR EVERYONE
